I actually made these 3 above – I painted the bottles and then modge podged pictures on them as well as glued buttons and brooches.

Wooden picture frames modge podged with scrapbook paper.  I have found scrapbooking paper at thrift stores or on sale at Michael’s and JoAnn Fabrics.

ModPodge

I found Modge Podge at The Dollar Tree!  It is also cheap at Wal Mart (and you can make your own with Elmer’s glue mixed with water)

row on islandThis one is the simplest.  Just spray paint your bottles and use them as vases (again, my favorite place The Dollar Tree has fake flowers)
